Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Prepaid Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your sports gear is tracked and insured during transit.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original Smith packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
